Hotel super super vicino all’aeroporto con navetta andata/ritorno ogni venti minuti gratuita (durata circa tre minuti ) , stanza insonorizzata perfetta per dormire tra un volo e l’altro , kit snack di benvenuto molto apprezzato, oltre che macchina da caffè’ e bollitore per il the’. Super consigliato !!!

😡The service at the hotel was disastrous. The hardware of the hotel was pretty good, but the staff’s unwillingness to help made my 訂房網站 a really bad experience, I would certainly not recommend this hotel to basically anybody!
1) hygiene problem- there is an e-cigarette butt left under the table
2) shower - water kept on leaking out while taking a shower, apparently the water drainage is partially blocked, checked in at around 2215 ,kept calling the reception about the water problem and there is no answer. I had to run down to the reception and waited for like 20 minutes to get in touch with a staff, and the answer I got was there is no technician late night to fix the problem, they even have to look for towels for me! Amazing!
3) service - I tried to call to ask for a bowl for my child. First, I got a hold of the lady at the reception by phone, she told me to personally go to the restaurant or F&B outlet to ask for one, I asked if I can call room
service for one, she said I will be charged if I ask room service for a PLAIN bowl. I think I will just take a 訂房網站 to the restaurant to ask for a BOWL, the handsome looking gentleman (waiter) seems like he doesn’t know what is a BOWL and he told me it’s not available. I asked if there is not a single bowl in the hotel, he said YES! This is new to me! Then I went back to the front desk to the same lady, she said I need to go back to ask the gentleman, I told her what happened and she seemed a bit puzzled, but at least she tried to help and went into the restaurant and got me a PLAIN BOWL. Not even talking about me have to personally go down to get a bowl, the time taken for me just to simply get a bowl is out of my imagination.
To sum up, the hotel itself is more than satisfactory, but the services are a mess, the unwillingness to help me on my problems made this stay a really bad experience for us!
